As an emergency plumber our focus is simple;

  • Safety first
  • Minimise cost and
  • Minimise damage.

As an emergency plumber safety is always the highest priority. The two major areas of risk for an emergency plumber and more importantly for you as a customer are;

  • Risk of fire and or electricution.
  • Risk from hot water

Basically there are two types of plumbing emergencies.

  1. Flooding as a result of uncontrolled water flow.
  2. Blocked drains resulting in flooding.

The big thing is DO NOT PANIC.

Both of these emergencies can generally be halted without the expense of an emergency outcall fee.

A plumber on an emergency outcall will generally stop the problem from continuing, ascertain the work required and then return the next day with the required materials to complete the repairs.

Most of the time you can achieve the same result without the expensive call out fee.
